Everytime I see a dually on 37's I think about the cost to replace those when they are worn down in 2 years and cry a little.

Seriously, wtf is going on here? Does that articulate so it swings down to load stuff? Looking at the rest of the truck, I’m actually surprised he doesn’t have stacks.

Two years? I would not expect them to last that long. How much money would you guess in invested in that truck, ball park? $120k? More?

Stock truck would be $60-70, wouldn’t it? And $20 grand in paint. I edited the headline, asking for estimates. Let’s see what the Opposphere say.

Wowzers. Has to be well over $100k all said and done there, right? Normally I see a modded dually and think, “ ok , you clown”, but this is impressive. I’d like to stay positive and think that the owner is a super cool dude/dudette.

He could have left it stock and bought a new Subaru WRX STI type RA! Not sure If I believe he’s actually going to use it to schlep his snowmobiles up in the snow/mud/salt - must have a ramp extender to get them up on the rack.

Yes, you can see the extra ramp bits under the rack. So other than eye candy, the truck is useless because it’ll just get dirty.

No idea, I’m stuck wondering how the rack works. Does it come down so you can load things into the bed? On top? Honestly the only thing I don’t like about it is the paint job. I’m a plain guy when it comes to paint. To busy for me.

If you look closely at the rack, you can see that there is an extension telescoped underneath.
What good is a $150k truck that you can’t get dirty?

Im going to guess the rack is for a bitchin 4-wheeler, but unless it’s covered with armor plates for the zombie apocalypse, a dually is overkill. Now if he’s loading a CAT dozer on that rack, he’s doing something right...

We also have to think about the cost of his Affliction shirt and designer jeans collection. Also, on the scaffolding we know there’s occasionally either an equally screwed up ArcticCat or quadsomething/razer to stick on there. But who knows, this guy could be a nice accountant who does win some money at truck shows and knows what hes doing.

It drives me nuts. Offroad suspension that you don’t offroad, ruining the driveability, handling, visibility, economy, comfort, and jack the bed 80 feet in the air making hauling impossible. Also rollover danger.
What mpg do you think that gets now?

Aside from all the obvious issues, I wonder how tall that is with a quad or bulldozer or whatever loaded on there? It’s gotta be up there with having to worry about low bridges. Then there’s the trailer hitch. That’s cute. It’s like 14" dropped and yet I bet the ball is still way too high for most trailers. I feel like ideal ball height for most thing is around 18-20" but then, who the hell knows what he’s towing with that monstrosity, if anything.
I’m exhausted just thinking of all the problems with this thing.
